Our card payment supplier is experiencing technical problems which is causing most payment requests to fail.
If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

There is a major incident due to flooding and fire in Paddington which is affecting the authorisation of payments by our acquiring bank.
Currently no expected time for resolution can be provided.
