Some customers connected to PCL-AG02 and PCL-AG04 have been disconnected from the internet, this was caused by a SRP switch on the hardware. If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

We're investigating this issue and may need to reload the gateway to resolve this problem.

We've rebooted the hardware and this is accepting customer connections again.

The hardware vendor has identifed a defect that caused the crash of this router and pcl-ag04 last Friday and they are developing a fix.
