Following some work this morning on our traffic management databases some customers may be experiencing lower than expected speeds due to not being assigned the correct traffic management profile. If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

This problem is in hand with our Networks team for investigation.

Our engineers have restarted the primary database and are now in the process of restoring resiliency. They'll then be switching the accounting servers and databases back on when this is complete.

The platform is now back up and working correctly. If you are still having problems please try rebooting your modem/router as this should assign you the correct profile. Go to current priority problems | Go to archived priority problems |
