Numerous users are reporting data transfer issues on a number of gateways.

A few affected are

thn-ag1/2 and pcl-scs01/02

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

We are currently investigating the cause of this problem.

We have identified the cause of the problem as one of the backend servers within our traffic management platform. We have fixed the problem and all customers' traffic should now have returned to normal.
