Both staff and customers are reporting that email they're expecting is yet to arrive. The problem seesm to have started late this morning. If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

IronPorts were using customer-facing DNS due to a problem over the weekekend with the routing at one of our data centres.
