We appear to have dropped a 622Mbps central worth of customers at approximately 5.00pm this evening (20/10/2009).

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

BT Wholesale have already noticed that BGP has dropped. Case has been opened and triple entries have been added to the plusdsl.net realm for this gateway.

The pipe is now taking new sessions again. Problem is being downgraded for monitoring however this will not help improve the current issues with peak time performance - http://usertools.plus.net/status/archive/1255723754.htm
