We're currently experiencing some problems on our support line. Customers may be receiving engaged tones or the call may simply 'drop'. If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

Our networks team are investigating the problems with the CSC telephone system. We'd advise customers who have non-urgent issues to raise these via our website.

This problem is due to a service outage with our suppliers. We'll provide updates as they are available.
