BT have made us aware that the line checker and availability checker services are currently down. This is affecting all line checks and will be affecting faults for Home Phone, Broadband and also Sign-ups as they all require the availability checker to function. If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

BT Wholesale are still looking into this and are working hard to resolve it. We will receive another update shortly.
