The JTN mail forwarding platform is unable to connect to the Ironport servers, meaning that forwarded mail is being queued and delivery delayed.

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

This issue is currently under investigation with our networks team.

We believe that we've now found and fixed the cause of the problem.

All queued email is being automatically processed and is expected to be cleared within the next hour or so.

All queued mail has now been processed and the service appears to be back to normal.
