A full 622Mbps central pipe of customers has been disconnected from our ADSL platform. If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

Problem assigned to our Network Operations Team for further investigation.

The affected gateway is now taking new sessions again. The network is going to need rebalancing though.

BT have now put extra entries on the pipe that dropped which will help bring things into balance more quickly.
