We are currently investigating some issues with our telephone system, this is causing some customers calls to be dropped and some to be in very poor quality. If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

The issues were caused by a problem with the ISDN lines. The system is back up again so we are downgrading this problem while we continuing investigating with the phone system maintainers. Go to current priority problems | Go to archived priority problems |
