There has been an outage at one of our Sheffield datacentres. If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

Our network engineers have resolved the majority of the service affecting issues and are currently still investigating.

We have become aware of an issue with our webmail platform where customers are receiving a message stating that the connection has been dropped by the server.
