Our suppliers have advised of a system failure resulting in problems booking appointments for fault engineers. If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

We will continue to monitor for updates from our supplier and will book any outstanding faults as soon as we are able.

Our supplies have advised that they are still continuing to experience difficulties with appointing engineers and therefore we cannot book engineer visits for faults.

We are still unable to book new appointments with our supplier. Once we receive more information we will update this problem.

We are still awaiting confirmation from our suppliers that new engineers appointments can be booked. We will ensure that any customers who have not had appointments booked get these confirmed asap.
