There are several services showing critical status on one of our Customer Usage database servers.
An engineer has been called out to investigate this.
If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

Our engineer has investigated, while the original problem was simply due to the server in question being busy, another problem has been identified.
This secondary problem is not service affecting so it will be picked up later today.
