Accounts that are having the 'Single Port Router' components added are not having updates shown on the status of the order and are staying on 'The order is awaiting processing' stage in the router component even though the hardware is being dispatched. This means that no updates on the order are provided to the customer and no tracking reference provided. We are unable to therefore track the possible delivery of the hardware. If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

We currently have a problem potentially affecting orders for single port routers. The order is being sent to the fulfilment house, but we are not receiving confirmation that the routers have been dispatched. For orders that have been manually checked, they do appear to be sent.
