BT wholesale's broadband fault diagnostics tools are intermittently failing, impeding fault testing and resolution. The issue has been raised with BT system's support. If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

This is currently being investigated by BT Systems Support. We will keep checking for updates.

BT have contacted us saying that the problem should now be fixed. We appear to be able to get tests to run now, but will monitor the situation for a while before closing this problem.
