The BT Wholesale Testing website that we use to test lines and to diagnose faults is currently unavailable so this will impact on any faults that will need testing from our side. It has been raised with BT and it is currently being investigated by their engineers.

We have not got an estimated time of resolution but hope this to be very soon. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes.

BT Wholesale have now confirmed the issue to be resolved so testing can be carried out again. We apologise for any problems this has caused.
