The Line rate change script is not processing records, they are all being skipped.

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

We're aware of this problem and our developers are currently investigating.

The issue has been identified and we are now in the process of testing this fix.

Fixes have been rolled to the live platform and are now undergoing live testing.

The live fix has now passed testing and we are updating line rate profiles again.

The script will catchup with any records that it has missed so no service will be affected.

Problem is now being closed.
