We have received a report report from BT that the RADIUS diagnostic checker is currently experiencing problems. This won't cause any customer issues except for potentially slowing down the investigation of authentication faults. If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

We are awaiting confirmation from BT that this has been resolved.

We have received 2 updates from BT on this matter, they are working to resolve the problem and will provide further information within 2 hours. Once we recieve this we will update the problem again.
