We are currently not able to test any BT Wholesale lines due to problems with the BT Wholesale testing software. This may mean that response times for faults raised to us may be longer than usual. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

This is currently under investigation with BT Wholesale and we have a reference of HD237975. We are currently awaiting further updates.
