Our monitoring systems have identified that there may be problems with our internal systems, customer-facing homepages and webstats platforms. If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

Our shared storage has been placed under load due to a targetted virus attack. Our engineers are currently putting blocks in place to reduce the load across the platforms affected. An update will be posted when the remedial action has been taken.
