One of our Netapp Filers is currently under a very high load, which may be causing issues with mail delivery and collection.

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

One of our Engineers has been made aware of this issue and is now investigating.

Upon further inspection it seems that this is most likely an issue with the monitoring of this filer.

Our Engineers have confirmed that the platform is behaving as expected and that this is having no impact on the service.

As such we are now downgrading this to a Priority 2 problem.
