Our DR mail storage has suffered a hardware problem and has become unavailable. There should be no immediate customer impact regarding this issue. If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

Replacement hardware has been sent by the vendor and we will be installing this later in the morning.

Replacement hardware has now been installed. We are currently monitoring the new hardware for any issues before we put it back in to service fully.

Downgrading the problem as we have swapped out the hardware and the device has now been up and in full service for 2.5 hours. We will continue to monitor as it catches up with the missing 12 hours of DR service and close when all is up to date. Go to current priority problems | Go to archived priority problems |
