Due to a software version mismatch between some of our internal systems, it is not currently possible to refresh our internal development environment with 'fresh data' from our live environment. As a result, our internal development capacity has been severely reduced and this issue is being investigated with high priority.

This is not a customer experience affecting issue.

Our engineers are currently investigating this problem.

Our Engineers have found the cause of this issue and have taken action to resolve it. We are now downgrading this problem so we can monitor as we do not believe it will continue to have an impact.
