We are currently aware that a number of customers are seeing poor speeds on advanced traffic protocols (such as usenet and peer to peer). If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

We have applied a fix to our traffic management accounting servers. Monitoring suggests that this may have resolved the issue.

Tthere were issues with the reset Scheduler on the accounting server. A restart has fixed the issue and the platform is under monitoring.
