I've seen a number of examples where the customers usage has reset correctly on their billing date, however they are not having the Ellacoya profile reset correctly. This is resulting in lower than normal speeds. If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

This problem has been passed to our QA team for investigation.

Our development team couldn't find an error in the scripts which reset the profile. The problem is now with our networks team for investigation.
