We are currently investigating problems with our internal systems, portals, email, webspace and the community site. This problem was caused by an issue with some of our shared storage If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

Access to these systems has been restored. Customers may find that some of their mail has been delayed due to this issue.

We have fixed the problem with the shared storage and all services now appear to be working. We are continuing to investigate the root cause.

This problem was caused by an error on some shared storage. We are raising a case with the vendor for further investigation.
