We are having problem pulling customers details from our internal system, there are also issues with signup and other areas of the customer website.

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

This problem has been passed to our QA team for investigation.

The cause of this problem has been identified as a database issue, this has now been rectified and the problem appears resolved. We are continuing to monitor this to ensure no other problems occur.
