We are encountering intermittent errors when trying to raise faults to BT, or reject cleared fault reports. If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

This problem is currently being worked on by Development after verification by QA, and investigation is in active progress.

We have now rolled a fix for this issue but further monitoring is required in order to ensure that this is working properly. We will monitor the issue overnight and advise of the results tomorrow morning.
