Problem description

Since this morning's roll-out, any message purporting to come from a plusnet hosted domain or email address is automatically whitelisted. This is against design. The mail should only be whitelisted where it has been sent through our relay servers. If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

Various plusnet domains appear to be whitelisted on a per-user basis. This was not the case prior to this morning's changes.

We suspect this problem is related to the new whitelist and blacklist controls.

We have fixed the Manage My Mail tool to not submit the domains listed above when changing the Whitelelist. Go to current priority problems | Go to archived priority problems |
