We recently suffered a 10 minute outage of our customer portals and our internal 'Workplace' system. If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

To workaround the problem pending further investigation the appropriate DNS entries were repointed to the master database servers. This restored normal service within 60 seconds of making the change.

After restoration of service, the DNS entries have now been pointed back at the reporting database server. Go to current priority problems | Go to archived priority problems |
