Customers are currently having problems collecting email and logging into Webmail. If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

We have identified that the default settings for our Positni antispam filtering have been not to filter customers' messages. Whilst this only affects new customers it has contributed to the increased load on the mail servers. We have raised a change control to have this rectified.
