Our network engineers are investigating a potential issue with our Ellacoya profiles which may be causing speed problems for customers. If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

Investigation of this issue has shown that the ellacoya system is working correctly but there is an issue with one of our reporting servers which serves the information to the CSC. We will raise a new problem to investigate this. Go to current priority problems | Go to archived priority problems |
