It would appear that follow-up replies to queries raised using the web form on our website are not reaching our support centre. For PlusNet customers the reply address appears valid but the reply does not reach us. For Madasafish customers the reply address is invalid and there are also some content and branding issues. If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.
