We have recently experienced a power outage at one of our datacentres in Sheffield. If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

Service has been restored to our internal systems and our Portal servers.

Our Network Services team are continuing work to ensure that all of our email services are brought back within the shortest time possible.

Email collection should now be working for customers. The network engineers have resolved the problems with this service.

Our network engineers have now resolved access to the customer affecting services. They are continuing to investigate any remaining problems.
