POP3 and IMAP mail collection is intermittently timing out. If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

This problem has been passed to our network engineers for investigation.

Our engineers have identified and resolved a problem with the authentication database. Customers should now be able to collect email as normal. Go to current priority problems | Go to archived priority problems |
