We are currently seeing a number of delays for our customers who have requested a BT Voyager 2091 or 2110 with their broadband activation.

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

Our Product Development team are currently liaising with BT in order to establish the cause of the delays that we are experiencing.

We have now acquired further hardware stock which will clear the backlog of our customers that are waiting on hardware.

Further stock received 18-01-2008 to fulfil back orders. All orders prior to this should now have been delivered. Unfortunately we are low on stock for new orders so still need to source further hardware.

We are awaitiing stock of the Voyager 2091. At present we have no stock and orders are not being fulfilled.

Pending the arrival of more stock to the warehouse we have sourced a number of replacement routers (1800HG).

These are expected to arrive at the warehouse on Friday at which point we should be able to start fulfilling orders again.

We are now downgrading this problem to a "P2".

We are doing this because we are now successfully sending our hardware in the form of BT HG1800's (4 port wireless) which will contain insert sheets. We expect our customers still awaiting hardware to receive these on Wednesday at the latest.
