Metronet contact numbers advertised on the Metronet portal do not appear to be operational. If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

We currently manage incoming calls by giving engaged tones when a certain number of calls in the queue has been reached. We have recently reviewed the way we manage this and have taken the decision to implement messages instead of engaged tones. This work will be carried out over the next few weeks, after which customers will receive a message to inform them we are busy, rather than an engaged tone.
