It would appear that the Service Status on the websites are not updating. If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

This has been passed to our QA department for investigation.

A change has been done to the script that updates the Service Status on the websites. This will be code reviewed and tested before rolling out to the live platform.
