Customers using Just The Name or Port995 may be experiencing problems accessing their services or websites. This appears to be due to a problem with the diverse links to the redbus site. This problem is also causing www.metronet.co.uk to be unavailable. If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

This problem appears to be caused by the diverse links to the Redbus site being down at the same time.

This problem now appears to be resolved and customers should have access to the services and sites again.
