Customers are experiencing problems when trying to update credit/debit card details via the portal.

When trying to do so the following error is displayed:
Unable to update credit details, internal error occurred. Credit card details was NOT updated.

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

This problem has been passed to our QA team for further investigation.

We took the problematic server out of service, and rectified the config error which caused this problem. Testing has now confirmed that card details can be updated correctly and the problem has been sent for signoff.
