Customers are experiencing problems when trying to update credit/debit card details via the portal. If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

We took the problematic server out of service, and rectified the config error which caused this problem. Testing has now confirmed that card details can be updated correctly and the problem has been sent for signoff. Go to current priority problems | Go to archived priority problems |
