Customers are still reporting slow speeds when connecting via pte-ag2. This is likely down to platform imbalance caused by 2 outages this week.

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

We have seen an increase in the latency, and a decrease in the speed, of web traffic on pte-ag2 since early this evening.

This is a knock-on effect of our ADSL platform getting out of balance earlier in the week.

As we have been investigating and monitoring, the latency, and speed, of web traffic has slowly improved throughout the evening, It finally normalised just after 10 PM.

We will continue to monitor the platform throughout tomorrow.
