We have recently see a number of orders which we send in an automated fashion being rejected by BT. If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

We are currently awaiting an update from BT regarding the repair of their automated order system.

BT have informed use their automated ordering system is backup. The next batch of orders is due to be sent at ~14:00 today.
