We are receiving reports that some of our PAYH customers are experiencing problems with the new Plesk services. These include being unable to FTP into the webspace, and being unable to run CGI scripts.
If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

This problem has now been resolved, the issue was caused by a problem with the xen hosts.
