During sign-up when a Switch/Maestro card is entered we make the 'Issue Number' a mandatory field. This causes problems as some switch & maestro cards do not have an issue number and if we now send one to BuyNet when one is not required the payment will fail. If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

We have identified the places where issue numbers are entered and putting in updates to ensure that they are validated correctly and are set correctly for the systems to pick up.
