We are currently aware of a problem where customers are unable to log into the Metronet portal. If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

The issue has been identified and fix is ready to roll to our testing servers.

The fix fhas been rolled to our live servers. Access to your Metronet account should be restored in the next 2 hours.
