We are receiving a number of reports from customers who are unable to get to some transatlantic sites (or find they are very slow to load). If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

One of our transit suppliers has reported an issue with a link between London and New York, we have diverted this traffic across to an alternate supplier.

Our transit supplier has advised us the problem is now resolved, we have brought the link back up and traffic is now routing correctly. We are going to close this problem now it is resolved. Go to current priority problems | Go to archived priority problems |
