Our monitoring is showing that the gateway PTE-AG1 has dropped a number of customers in the past 30 minutes. All affected customers should be able to reconnect immediately. If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

Our oncall engineers have been called and are investigating the cause of the problem.

We have identified a problem with one of the line cards and have removed it from service. New connections will all be made to the remaining, functional cards.
