It is not currently possible to access RADIUS reporting using the ' View RADIUS Details' link on a customer's account. If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

The cause of the problem is confirmed to be a database table corruption, this is now being repaired.

The corrupted table has been repaired. This means that we can now access RADIUS reporting for our customers accounts.
