As above, when customers are logged in and click Help & Support -> My Questions, if they have any open questions an error message is received - see attached screenshot. If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

Our QA team have confirmed that this problem is due to a network connection issue to one of our databases. This problem is now being transferred to our Network Operations team for further investigation.

There was a route to the new archive database missing from 2 of the portal servers. This has now been added.
